Where connectivity is solid — most of Bali, Java and the major destinations — cloud keeps on-site hardware to a minimum. A small on-site node keeps POS and cashier serving through an outage, syncing the moment the connection returns.
For remote islands and properties where the internet can't be trusted, Flex runs entirely on a server we supply and install at your property. No cloud dependency at all — reception, POS and reporting all work on your local network.

Yes — that's the difference. We design and install brand-agnostic networking (MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Ruijie, D-Link and others), on-site servers and POS hardware, so one team is accountable for the whole stack.
Cloud deployments run anywhere with a workable connection, and on-premise covers the places without one. Software support is remote wherever you are; for hardware we supply, install and help you arrange local hands when needed.
