Deployment

One PMS. Cloud or on your own servers.

Resort Manager Flex is the same software whichever way you run it. Choose the model that fits your property today — and change your mind later without changing systems.

Cloud Hybrid

We host and run Flex for you. No server to buy — just the point-of-sale terminals, printers and a small on-site node we set up, which keeps POS and cashier running even if your internet drops.

  • Access from anywhere, any device
  • Automatic updates and off-site backups
  • Minimal on-site hardware — no server to buy or maintain
  • POS & cashier keep taking orders through an internet outage, syncing the moment it's back
  • Predictable monthly subscription
  • Scales from a single villa to a group

On-premise Self-hosted

Flex runs entirely on a server at your property, fully self-hosted. No cloud dependency at all — everything, including POS and cashier, runs on your local network.

  • Runs fully on-site — no dependency on any internet connection
  • Guest and financial data stays on your property
  • Ideal for remote or island locations
  • Meets local data-residency requirements
  • We supply and install the hardware, with remote software support everywhere
  • A local contact for hardware swaps is recommended — we can help arrange one
Side by side

Which deployment fits your property?

Both run identical software. The difference is where it lives and who looks after the hardware.

Not just the software

We build the infrastructure it runs on.

Cloud or on-premise, there's still a network, POS hardware and — for on-premise — a server that all have to work together. That's not a side project for us — it's what we've done for fifteen years, alongside the PMS.

  • Brand-agnostic networking — MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Ruijie, D-Link and more, whatever fits the property
  • On-site servers supplied and installed, remotely supported (on-premise)
  • POS hardware integrated with Flex, not bolted on
  • One team accountable for the whole stack

With other PMS vendors, on-premise means "find your own server, network and IT support."

With us, it means we design it, supply it, and arrange local hands-on support for the hardware.

Getting started

From first call to go-live

1

Scope your property

A short conversation about your size, locations, connectivity and whether you're moving from Classic or another system.

2

Recommend a deployment

We advise cloud or on-premise based on how your property actually operates — and quote for it.

3

Set up and migrate

We provision the system (and install hardware for on-premise), then bring your data and configuration across.

4

Train and go live

Your team is trained on the workflows they'll use daily, with us on hand through go-live and beyond.

Common questions

Deployment FAQ

Can we switch from cloud to on-premise later, or the other way round?

Yes. It's the same software, so your data and workflows move with you. We handle the migration.

What happens to on-premise if the internet goes down?

Nothing — it keeps running on your local network. That's the main reason remote and island properties choose it.

Do we need our own IT person for on-premise?

Not for software — we remote in for that anywhere in the world. For hardware, we supply and install everything, but we recommend having a local contact who can swap out a box if one fails, since we can't always get someone on-site ourselves. We're happy to help you find or brief that person.

Where is cloud data stored and backed up?

On secure hosting with off-site backups. If you have specific data-residency requirements, tell us and we'll advise.

How long does setup take?

It depends on property size and deployment, but we scope this up front so you get a realistic timeline in your quote.
