Where we work — Philippines

Hotel software for the Philippines — built for island operations.

Seven thousand islands, wildly different connectivity. Flex is a PMS you can run fully on-premise with no internet dependency at all — or in the cloud with a POS that keeps serving when the connection drops.

Why it fits

Designed for places where the internet isn't a given

A beach resort on Palawan or Siargao doesn't operate like a city hotel in Makati. Connections drop with the weather, power isn't always steady, and a PMS that stops when the internet does is a liability at the front desk and fatal in the restaurant. Flex was built for exactly these conditions — as software and as hardware, because we design and install the servers, network and POS as well.

  • On-premise Flex runs entirely on your local network — no internet needed, ever
  • Cloud Flex keeps POS and cashier serving through an outage, syncing when it's back
  • Guest and financial data can stay on your property
  • Fifteen years running Southeast Asian properties, the Philippines included

Cloud or on-premise

Match the deployment to the island, not the other way round

Same software either way — what differs is how much your operation should depend on the connection you actually have.

Cloud Hybrid

For properties with dependable connectivity — Manila, Cebu, Boracay's built-up areas — cloud keeps on-site hardware minimal. A small on-site node keeps POS and cashier taking orders through an outage.

On-premise Self-hosted

For remote islands and typhoon-season resilience, Flex runs on a server we supply and install at your property. Check-in, POS, housekeeping and reporting all keep working with no outside connection at all.

Common questions

Philippines FAQ

What actually happens when the internet goes down?

On-premise: nothing — the whole system runs on your local network. Cloud: POS and cashier keep taking orders and payments locally, then sync the moment the connection returns. Either way, service doesn't stop.

Do you install hardware in the Philippines?

Yes — we supply and install the server, network and POS hardware, and support the software remotely — as we do for properties worldwide. We recommend a local contact who can physically swap a unit if one fails, and we'll help you arrange one.

Can our data stay in the country?

With on-premise, your guest and financial data never leaves your property, which settles data-residency questions outright. If you run cloud and have residency requirements, tell us and we'll advise.

Do Philippine properties already use Resort Manager?

Yes — the Philippines is part of fifteen years of Resort Manager deployments across Southeast Asia, alongside Indonesia and Thailand.
