Resort Manager systems already run Thai properties, and have for years. Flex is the same PMS taken further — cloud or on-premise, with the network, server and POS layer handled by the same team that builds the software.
Thai resort properties live and die on food and beverage as much as rooms — pool bars, beach restaurants, spas, all posting to the folio. Flex was built in that world: POS is part of the PMS, not a third-party bolt-on, and the whole system is designed for properties where the restaurant matters as much as reception.

Same software either way — the right answer depends on what your connection actually looks like in low season, not on a brochure.
For well-connected destinations — Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai and most of the mainland — cloud keeps hardware minimal. A small on-site node keeps POS and cashier running through an outage, syncing when the connection returns.
For island properties on Koh Samui, Koh Phangan, Koh Lipe and beyond where the link drops with the weather, Flex runs entirely on a server at your property. Reception, POS and reporting all work with no internet at all.

Yes — Resort Manager has run Thai properties for years as part of fifteen years of deployments across Southeast Asia. Flex is the next generation of the same system.
Software support is remote and always has been — delivered by a team working worldwide, and it's how Thai properties have run on Resort Manager for years. For hardware, we supply and install everything, and recommend a local contact who can swap a box if one fails; we'll help you arrange that.
On cloud deployments, POS and cashier keep taking orders through the outage and sync when it's back. On-premise deployments don't notice at all — everything runs on your local network.
Migration is part of onboarding: we review your current setup, bring your data across, train your team on the workflows they'll actually use, and stay alongside you through go-live.
Tell us about your property and we'll recommend cloud or on-premise — and quote for it.
